This triangular building in Greenwich Village used to be a dispensary that treated “Edgar Allan Poe” for a head cold, it then became a dentist office and was left with all the supplies and equipment still inside. Buildings in New York live many lives and their histories are fascinating, but rarely do you find a piece that is abandoned. I am intrigued by the blatant disuse of this prime real estate.
