Siren Music Festival

Last Saturday was the 10th Annual Siren Music Festival at Coney Island, a free series of shows put on by The Village Voice. This year’s installment featured music by local-ish bands like Matt & Kim, Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, the Pains of Being Pure at Heart and Early Greyhound, among other acts.
The awesome sounds of Austin-by-way-of-Tuscan trio Harlem were perfect for a day near the beach (see the video below). It may have been nearly 100 degrees outside, but people still came in droves. Hot dogs, carnival rides, beer, the ocean and amazing free music made for a good time…and had us excited already for next year.

These two lovely ladies loved the LBD and insisted to try it on!
