Right when we thought it wouldn’t get any hotter – it did. A friend of mine posted on Facebook today that it’s best to stay inside, not so much because of the heat, but because of the smog. We all know that living in New York City is like smoking a pack of cigarettes every day, but today apparently the air quality is 10 times worse!
My way of combating the heat on a fourth floor apartment, with out air-conditioning, is to be wearing my American Apparel basic body suit under my LBD- that I can just throw on should someone come to the door. I’ve dressed it up in my faux pearl necklace, and bracelet. Shoes are the same from Day 6, and the hat is a recent addition, complements of my mom.

I love the paperdoll line up!!! I totally was going to only wear a bathing suit with my LBD today too… So HOT!
